Exercise
All ages of adults and older adults enjoy the variety of over
50 classes offered weekly. Classes are geared to protect the joints
while increasing flexibility and improving your strength. Click

in a group atmosphere provides support and camaraderie. It's FUN,
which is most important!
Youth
Fitness
With the national rise in childhood obesity hitting epidemic levels,
the YMCA of Glendale is joining the fight! Not only is the daily
afterschool program incorporating a curriculum of nutrition and
exercise, but a new Youth Gym is being built as well! Due to open
January 1st, the Youth Gym will incorporate fun with fitness for
5-14 year olds. Look for new equipment, classes and instructors
to help our young people learn how to take better care of our
kids at an earlier age.
