Youth Karate
Martial arts are a great way to develop balance, coordination, speed and strength, while building self-confidence and discipline in an encouraging, non-intimidating environment. Our classes focus on fitness and conditioning as well as teaching the movements and stances of each martial arts discipline.
Classes are open to all current Y members.
Class Times:
Monday - 5:00pm at Small Gym (beginning January 12th) *Youth & Adult
Wednesday - 5:30pm at Activity Space
Saturday - 10:00am at Activity Space (beginning January 10th) *Youth & Adult
*Every other Saturday
