Take your swimming to the next level with the YMCA of Glendale Swim Team! Designed for youth ages 6 to 14, this dynamic aquatic program bridges the gap between traditional swim lessons and competitive swimming. Swimmers focus on building speed, endurance, and proper stroke technique across freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly while mastering flip turns and race starts. Guided by experienced aquatic coaches, participants develop athletic fitness, self-discipline, and strong sportsmanship in a supportive, team-focused environment. We offer both a Dolphin Pre-Swim Team for those transitioning from advanced lessons and our standard YMCA Swim Team for full conditioning and stroke refinement. Please note that a swim evaluation or completion of advanced lesson levels is required prior to enrollment. Contact our Aquatics Department to schedule your child's swim assessment today!
