Youth Camps (ages 8 - 17)
Coed Youth Camps provide a fun, unique camp experience geared to meet the needs of various ages through special activities and programs each day in addition to the land and ocean front activities! As you participate and enjoy the many aspects of camp life, you will meet and make new friends, have the opportunity to try new things and overcome fears. Senior Campers, ages 14-17, also have a nightly program that emphasizes team building and leadership development.
Registered campers ages 15-17 can apply to be a part of our CIT (Counselor-In-Training) program.

Family Camp (all ages)
Family Camp at Camp Fox takes place over Labor Day weekend each year. We leave all together from the boat in Long Beach. All ages are welcome (those under 2 years old are free)! The price includes all boat transportation, lodging, meals, and activities for the weekend. Experience 3 days and 2 nights at Camp Fox as a camper, while staying with your family or friends.
It is truly a great weekend and way to disconnect from the real world and enjoy some sunshine. All the activities at Fox will be offered and open for families to make their own schedule for the weekend. Some of these activities include swimming, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, snorkeling, high ropes course, archery, rock climbing wall, crafts, hiking, gaga pit, and tons of field and sports games! We also have a campfire each night with skits and songs and some other special programming events throughout the weekend. If you are someone who would prefer to just relax on the beach all weekend, that is fine too!
Registration Opens Tuesday, February 21, 2023.

Testimonials
Camp Fox is a truly memorable and positive experience for our campers! Take a look at what some of our past campers have to say!
“Camp Fox has, once again, been an amazing experience. Everything my villa does, we do it with spirit and enthusiasm. We support each other and try new things. My favorite experiences were…well, I can’t choose. They were all amazing, especially because we did it as a group and encouraged each other… Thank you Camp Fox for being the light of my summer again!"- Camper
"I love camp so much! This is a place where I can be myself and no one cares because they are crazy too!" – Camper
“This is my first time to Camp Fox. I was scared that I wouldn’t make any friends but I was wrong. I made friends throughout the camp from different villas and cabins...I went snorkeling and paddle boarding. I’m afraid of heights so I went on the big swing and rock climbing. I'm afraid to sing in front of huge crowds, so I sang at the campfire with 3 other awesome girls. I conquered most of my fears and I thank the best counselor in the world plus Camp Fox!!!” – Camper
"Camp Fox is sooo awesome because it has a ton of different activities. Also, at Camp Fox, I feel like I am the best version of me that I can possibly be. Camp Fox is like home to me." - Camper

Our team will be in touch approximately 5-7 business days from request submission on next steps.
COVID-19
The health and safety of your children and our staff is our first priority. We are carefully monitoring the summer camp guidelines and mandates put forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”), the American Camp Association (“ACA”), The State of California, and Los Angeles County. As these guidelines are constantly changing, we are prepared to be flexible and continue to adapt.
We are aligning with current school district guidelines and therefore will not be requiring the COVID-19 vaccine or a pre-camp COVID test for campers, although they are both highly recommended to help us prevent the spread and keep everyone at camp healthy.
We will have rapid tests at camp to administer in the case of symptoms or a positive exposure. Parents will be notified immediately of a positive case and asked to pick up their camper in Avalon or Long Beach (depending on the age of camper and whether they can travel on the boat alone).
Information is subject to change based off of the current Recommendations and Guidelines provided by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”), the American Camp Association (“ACA”), The State of California, and San Bernardino County.
