Water Fitness
Water Fitness classes at the YMCA are designed to help gain cardiovascular endurance and muscle conditioning! We offer a variety of water fitness classes, (for ages 15+) which are included with membership, and are ideal for all fitness and swimming levels. Whether you're an adult looking for a fitness plan without joint stress, or just someone who enjoys the water, you can take advantage of these classes!

Deep Water Workout
A low- impact, deep water class that is a great workout for all levels! Flotation belts are provided if needed. You don't need to know how to swim to be in the deep water for this class.
Full Body Workout
An all-level workout class that incorporates joint - friendly strength movements and moderate cardiovascular sequences for total body wellness.
Aqua Burn Fitness
A higher intensity interval training class that utilizes periods of intense exercise followed by periods of rest. This class is great for building muscle and cardiovascular health!
Aqua Motion
This low-moderate intensity class features fun cardio and strength movement combinations that maximize the resistance of the water. Suitable for all levels.
Arthritis Foundation Aquatics Exercise Program
A warm pool, recreational class that is designed to help address therapeutic problems at any age, and to reduce pain and stiffness.

Lap Swim
Throughout the day, pool lanes are available for individual lap swimming.
