Group Exercise

Our Group Exercise classes will get you up, moving and motivated! With over 15 different classes, there is something for everybody! Group exercise classes are included with YMCA membership (must be ages 15+) and no prior registration is required.

Cardio: Ages 15+
Cardio Boxing

A Cardio boxing is a combination of aerobic exercise and boxing. More specifically, it is a group workout class that combines the basic element of aerobics and aerobic exercise with the martial art of boxing.
Instructor: Steve Harpst
Time: Wednesdays: 6:30pm - 8:30pm

Indoor Cycling

A group exercise class performed on stationary cycling bikes. The class builds strength, speed and endurance. It is truly a fantastic cardiovascular workout.

Strength: Ages 15+
Body Conditioning
You will learn how to use dumbbells, core strengthening movements and bodyweight exercises to develop total body fitness.


Dance: Ages 15+
Zumba
A combination of dance and fitness moves done to a variety of mostly Latin rhythms.

Yoga/Pilates: Ages 15+
Yoga
Breath control through a series of flowing movements designed to strengthen and lengthen your muscles

while developing your mind body connection.

Pilates
Pilates focuses on posture, balance and flexibility by developing core strength.  You’ll develop great muscle tone, strong abs and Pilates is great for people who suffer from lower back pain.

Active Older Adults: Ages 15+
Seniors in Motion
Gentle cardiovascular and stretch class based out of a chair. You will learn basic strength movements which will develop muscle and bone density.

Senior Strength
Low-impact strength class based out of a chair. You will learn basic strength movements which will develop muscle and bone density.

Senior Stretch and Strength
A low-impact class based from a chair which combines basic stretching and strengthening exercises. You will learn basic techniques to build strength and flexibility.

Busy?  Have a hectic schedule?  Y Wellness 24/7 is the hot new way to get in shape on your own time!
​Its group fitness classes on request.  Choose from the industry's most popular exercise videos like kickboxing, dance, strength training and more. You can take the class of your choice whenever you are ready-just press play.
