Our Group Exercise classes will get you up, moving and motivated! With over 15 different classes, there is something for everybody! Group exercise classes are included with YMCA membership (must be ages 15+) and no prior registration is required.

Cardio: Ages 15+
Cardio Jam
A dance fitness class which is based on jazz dance aerobics. You will learn dance steps while getting in the best shape ever.

Strength: Ages 15+
Core Fusion
A strength training class incorporating hand weights, exercise tubing and stability balls to sculpt and tone your entire body.
Core Challenge
This is a core strengthening class, focusing on the abdomen, obliques, lower back, hip and pelvis. It will help you improve your balance, stability and your overall health.
Full Body Stretch
This relaxing and invigorating class will help you to increase your flexibility and you do not need to be flexible to join in. This class will teach you how to stretch and lean out those tight muscles.
Strong Body Workout
A toning and strength class using dumbbells, stability balls and exercise bands for core training and a total body workout.
Power Strength
You will learn how to use dumbbells, core strengthening movements and bodyweight exercises to develop total body fitness.

Groove N Move
A Latin-themed dance class, choreographed to current Latin songs for a cardiovascular workout.
Latin Jam
A fusion of Latin Music, Hip-Hop and Techno sounds combined with the latest Latin Dance moves such as Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Salsa and Reggaeton.
Zumba
A combination of dance and fitness moves done to a variety of mostly Latin rhythms.

Yoga/Pilates/Cycling: Ages 15+
Yoga
The most popular branch of yoga from which many styles have originated. Focuses on Asana poses and breathing to strengthen, purify and balance the body. Pilates This class uses the traditional mat exercises developed by Joseph Pilates. Breathing, coordination, graceful movements and precision of movement are incorporated in each core strength exercise while working many more muscles at the same time. (24 Hour Cancellation Notice Required) Indoor Cycling A group exercise class performed on stationary cycling bikes. The class builds strength, speed and endurance. It is truly a fantastic cardiovascular workout. |
