Our Group Exercise classes will get you up, moving and motivated! With over 15 different classes, there is something for everybody! Group exercise classes are included with YMCA membership (must be ages 15+) and no prior registration is required.

Indoor Cycling
A group exercise class performed on stationary cycling bikes. The class builds strength, speed and endurance. It is truly a fantastic cardiovascular workout.

Strength: Ages 15+
Body Conditioning
You will learn how to use dumbbells, core strengthening movements and bodyweight exercises to develop total body fitness.

Pilates Pilates focuses on posture, balance and flexibility by developing core strength. You’ll develop great muscle tone, strong abs and Pilates is great for people who suffer from lower back pain.
